The 5th edition of Food Tech Expo was a needed impulse for the industry

The 5th edition of Food Tech Expo took place on November 28-30, 2023 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. During it, the most respected experts talked about security, innovation and development of the sector, while taking into account optimization processes in business.

Food Tech Expo was a business meeting of professionals operating in the food technology industry. During it, manufacturers and distributors of, among others, machines for food processing in various sectors, components, packaging and additives for food production, technological lines for packaging plants, as well as service providers in the field of special vehicles for food transport presented their solutions.

They did this not only directly during the networking part of the event, but also thanks to a specially organized “Exhibitor Presentations and Trends” panel. During it, you could learn about the methods of automating processes in the stuffing plant, LASKA production lines, and methods of marking with 2D codes.

Visitors (including owners and management staff of companies producing food and beverages, chief technologists of food processing plants, owners of catering companies as well as restaurateurs and cafe owners) eager for a greater dose of education and innovation could take advantage of the offer guaranteed by the Food Processing Technology Congress. The experts discussed two blocks – “Food packaging – safety and innovation” and “Optimization of processes in the production plant as a response to the growing costs of doing business.” Among the topics discussed were the biological properties of peptides and amino acids of collagen produced from waste fish skins and airflow management. However, there were many more topics discussed and they aroused intense discussions.

This year’s edition of Food Tech Expo was an important point for the industry. The next edition of the event will take place on November 26-28, 2024 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.
