We invite journalists and photojournalists to participate and report on our fairs. Press accreditations are free and valid for all days of the fair. Persons with a valid press ID and persons with documented journalistic activity (e.g. links to articles) can apply for accreditation. For collection of ID identifiers, please visit the Fair Office during the Fair.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 6(1)(b) of the aforesaid Regulation, for the purposes specified in the above consents. Your data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn, and shall be periodically reviewed every 2 years. Your personal data can be transferred to third parties which process data on behalf of PTAK WARSAW EXPO sp. z o.o. under data entrustment agreement, i.e. IT services providers, marketing services providers, entities processing data for the purposes of seeking claims and debt recovery, or providing other services. You have the right to access your data for the purposes of rectification and erasure of the same, the right to transfer of the data, the right to demand limitation of the data processing due to your particular situation, the right to object to the data processing and the right to withdraw any consent granted at any time whatsoever, provided that withdrawal of any consent previously granted shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on such consent before its withdrawal, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
