On 10-12 March 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the 18th Edition of World Hotel - the International Trade Fair for the Hotel Industry will take place. The event is addressed to owners and managers of accommodation facilities, investors, developers, architects, and suppliers of modern solutions for the HoReCa sector. It is a space for the presentation of innovative equipment, hotel technologies, and management systems that raise the standard of service, guest comfort, and operational efficiency of facilities.


World Hotel – 18th Edition of the event that inspires the development of modern hospitality and sets new standards in the industry

The event is addressed to owners and managers of accommodation facilities, investors, architects, interior designers, and specialists in purchasing and hotel management. The trade fair connects key market segments - from hotel systems and management technologies, through equipment and fit-out, to hotel cosmetics and solutions for premium facilities. Among the exhibitors there will be, among others: EKONCEPT - systemy hotelowe, DLF Trade, ALSANIT, Mróz Art Prints, ADA Cosmetics and ARCHE, offering solutions supporting functionality, aesthetics, and modern management in the hotel industry.

The trade fair’s theme

Hotel Innovation Forum

is an accompanying event of the hotel and gastronomy industry trade fair, presenting innovations and current trends in the HoReCa sector. The program included: „Presentations Lovely Linen" organized by Lovely Linen, „Cooking Shows - The Place Where Technology Meets Culinary Experience" organized by Grafen, „Cooking Shows" prepared by Klub Szefów Kuchni, „3 rd Polish Gastronomy Forum" organized by KRGiC, „Culinary Competition - Polish Cuisine Traditions - First Edition" implemented by The National Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, „Cooking Demonstrations with Promotion of Opolski Carp" organized by Euro-Toques Poland, „Practical ice cream demonstrations, confectionery" organized by Sempre, „Tasting of Baked Brioche Rolls with Ice-cream" organized by ProChef and „Coffee Tastings" prepared by Lavazza and many more interesting presentations. The event created a space for the presentation of trends, exchange of experience, and building cooperation in the hotel and gastronomy sector.
