Where Technology Meets Practice

Warsaw HVAC Expo 2026 is an event that clearly shows the direction in which the entire HVAC industry is heading today: from individual devices to comprehensive, intelligently managed systems where energy efficiency, air quality, automation, integration with renewable energy sources, as well as operational safety and reliability, are key. In a world of growing investor expectations, increasingly demanding projects, and changing legal conditions, the market needs a place where technology meets practice – and it is precisely such a space that Warsaw HVAC Expo (HVAC Innovations Summit) creates, i.e. the 4th edition of the trade fair scheduled for February 24–26, 2026.

The scale of the event emphasizes the ambition and pace of development of the sector. The organizers assume over 50,000 m² of exhibition space across six halls and the presence of approximately 450 exhibitors and more than 1,100 brands, while the substantive program is to include over 70 lectures as part of five conferences. It is not only a presentation of the market offer, but also a cross-sectional picture of an industry in which product innovations go hand in hand with implementations, training, and discussion about the future of installations in buildings – from commercial to residential.

The first day of the trade fair will open with the congress and conference part, setting the tone for the entire industry meeting. The 4th HVACR 360° Congress “Business, Trends, Premieres” will focus on what is most important in HVACR: directions of market development, technological changes, and real applications that influence investment and design decisions. At the same time, the TAT ECO conference dedicated to the transformation of thermal energy will present a broader context of modernization and innovation – particularly important in times of growing pressure for efficiency and rationalization of energy consumption. The program will also include the educational track of the Institute of Optimal Construction and the House Construction Academy, focused on lectures and training for the design and contractor community, as well as the Fire Zone – a thematic space prepared by Świat Kominków, which emphasizes the importance of the heating devices segment and trends accompanying this part of the market.

An important element of the first day will also be the Trade Fair Studio in Hall F – a stage created with short, specific exhibitor presentations and trend panels in mind. It is a format that allows participants to quickly “capture” the most important directions: from sales digitalization and business-supporting tools, through heat pumps in commercial applications, to changes in the approach to implementations and service. Among the examples of presentations are, among others, e-commerce topics in HVAC carried out by Omega Code or presentations of product and system solutions prepared by brands such as HAIER or IGLOTECH – areas that today genuinely affect the competitiveness of companies in the sector.

The second day of the event strengthens the balance between “hard” technology and regulations and market responsibility. The 4th HVACR 360° Congress will continue, and additionally the IGU RES conference “HVAC Market in 2026: technology, law, responsibility” will take place, emphasizing the impact of regulations and standards on the selection of solutions and the conduct of business. The Trade Fair Studio will be dominated by an implementation perspective: specific applications, installation practice, technical requirements, and new work tools – including the use of AI in installation companies (based on topics presented by Climatek Network). There will also be no shortage of topics related to system safety and operation – in this part of the program there will be, among others, solutions and issues discussed by Frapol, as well as areas related to heat recovery and installation hygiene presented by Rotenso.

The culmination of the day will be the Medal Ceremony – a moment highlighting innovations and trade fair premieres, and at the same time a strong, media-highlighted point of the program, distinguishing the best solutions and exhibitions in categories such as: Best Heating Solution and Heat Pumps, Best Ventilation and Air Conditioning System, Innovations in HVAC Automation and Control, Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency, and Trade Fair Exhibition.

The third day will close the educational and exhibition part. The lecture and training track of the Institute of Optimal Construction and the House Construction Academy will continue, and the Trade Fair Studio will conclude the cycle of trend and solution presentations – in a formula that allows for quick comparison of technological approaches and practical applications.

Warsaw HVAC Expo 2026 is therefore intended to be not only a trade fair, but also a place for diagnosis and discussion about how the market is changing: from the growing role of automation and digital tools in companies, through the development of heat pumps, heat recovery, and ventilation systems, to legal and quality issues and environmental responsibility. The scale – hundreds of exhibitors and a broad conference program – is intended to give the industry a full cross-section: from product premieres to knowledge, inspiration, and real business contacts.
