Three sectors - one integrated perspective on security 1. Drone World Expo This section of the fair showcased the latest drone technologies, including inspection, measurement, rescue, and autonomous systems, demonstrating them through practical applications. Companies such as TERRA ROBOTICS, REAKTO, and ALLIES INCORPORATED presented UAV applications in the energy sector, infrastructure monitoring, and agriculture. High attendance and the participation of key partners-the Deputy Prime Minister, the Ministry of National Defense, the Łukasiewicz Institute of Aviation, Łukasiewicz PIAP, the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems, the National Center for Research and Development, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency-highlighted the growing importance of the UAV sector for national security. 2. Safety & Rescue Expo Poland The second zone focused on technologies supporting civil protection and crisis response-from communication and command systems to critical infrastructure security and equipment for operations in harsh conditions. Companies such as Dräger, OCEAN‑TECH, and MACTRONIC showcased equipment for firefighters, rescue workers, and specialized units. Thanks to cooperation with industry organizations, including ECSC and Civil Defence, the zone took on an expert character, highlighting the importance of integrating knowledge, technology, and practical training for emergency services. 3. Gun & Shooting Expo The zone dedicated to the legal firearms market focused on the responsible and safe use of firearms, presenting a wide selection of firearms, ammunition, optics, and modern VR and laser trainers. Exhibitors, including ONE MAN ARMY and the Polish Sport Shooting Association, conducted training sessions on firearm handling, self-defense, and shot analysis. The zone emphasized the importance of professional shooting education in building public safety. Experts, practitioners, visionaries - the fair as a forum for discussion Debates and panels were one of the key elements of the event, providing participants with analyses of contemporary threats, geopolitics, and the role of new technologies. Renowned specialists-including Paweł ``Naval`` Mateńczuk, Thomas ``Drago`` Dzieran, Zbigniew Parafianowicz, and Dr. Jacek Bartosiak-discussed the changing nature of conflicts and the need to integrate technology, training, and strategy into security systems. Key topics addressed by the experts:The evolution of threats - Conflicts are taking on a hybrid form, combining kinetic operations, cyberattacks, and information warfare; states must be prepared for simultaneous crises. • Technologies in security - The growing importance of automation, AI, drone systems, and advanced communications determines operational superiority. • Public preparedness - A nation's resilience depends on citizens' education, threat awareness, and practical response skills. • Geopolitics - A shifting balance of power and international tensions require strengthening cooperation and deterrence capabilities. • Operational experience - Experts with combat experience emphasized the role of training, discipline, and the proper use of technology in real-world operations. An event setting the real direction for security Warsaw Security & Defence Expo 2026 demonstrated that modern security requires an integrated approach: the synergy of technology, expertise, and cross-sector cooperation. Thanks to the combination of three thematic zones, an extensive substantive program, and the presence of international experts, the Expo has become an event that not only showcases the industry's development trends but actively shapes them.
