Warsaw Pack 2025 Summary: Packaging Technology Industry Leaders at Ptak Warsaw Expo
For years, Warsaw Pack has deservedly held the leading position among events dedicated to packaging technology and packaging in Poland. On April 8-10, 2025, the tenth edition of the event took place, and its attendance is growing year by year. This time, it amounted to 26433 visitors, which was an increase of 11 percent compared to the previous edition.

For years, the Warsaw Pack trade fair has been gathering valued specialists and representatives of the leaders in the packaging and packaging techniques industry. This is due, among other things, to the emphasis placed on promoting innovations in the field of packaging and labeling machines, marking and coding systems, logistics and warehousing services, as well as testing and quality control. In addition, during the event, visitors could:
- learn about premiere solutions from manufacturers operating on European markets
- open up to international business opportunities, including checking the possibility of debuting on other markets
- implement new solutions for the supply chain
- position themselves among premium brands open to contracting

Summary of the Warsaw Pack 2025 conference
Warsaw Pack 2025 could not be held without an educational part. Visitors took part in as many as six substantive events dealing with the development prospects of the industry.
During the 6th Packaging Industry Congress, experts discussed the ecological revolution of PPWR, ROP, ESG, SUP, DRS and whether regulations affect the development of innovation. They talked about the deposit system, eco-design, 2D codes and even compostable packaging.
During the panel “Regulations, research, image – a comprehensive look at the packaging industry”, Michał Jędrzejczak gave a lecture “The impact of packaging regulations on the environment and related challenges for companies”, and Justyna Kierzkowska-Grzyb spoke about “Sustainable labeling solutions as an inseparable element of packaging designed in accordance with applicable environmental regulations”. However, there were many more inspiring lectures.
Additionally, during the Warsaw Pack conference, those interested could take part in the panels “The role of the Packaging Recovery Organization in the Extended Producer Responsibility System”, “Innovations in food processing and packaging” or “Trends and Exhibitors’ Presentations”.
