Warsaw Medical Expo 2025 – 3rd Edition of the International Medical Fair

On 25–27 November 2025, Ptak Warsaw Expo will once again become the centre of innovation in the healthcare sector, hosting the 3rd edition of Warsaw Medical Expo – the International Medical Fair. The event will bring together manufacturers, distributors, designers, medical experts and representatives of the public sector from Poland and abroad. It is a space for presenting the latest technologies for medical facilities, modern diagnostic devices, advanced rehabilitation equipment, IT solutions and products supporting the development of modern and safe healthcare.

    Warsaw Medical Expo – A fair that sets the direction for modern medicine.

    This unique event is dedicated to entrepreneurs, representatives of medical facilities, doctors, investors, healthcare managers, diagnosticians, pharmacists and specialists in all fields of medicine. The fair will connect key areas of the market – from manufacturers of medical facility equipment and suppliers of diagnostic devices to software creators, management system providers and manufacturers of medical technologies. Among the exhibitors are, among others: Holter Do Domu, Eres Medical, DR MEDICA, Indiba Polska – Salveo Medical Devices, ATTRE.EU and WhiteMed – representatives of domestic and international companies creating modern solutions for the medical sector.

      The trade fair’s theme

      includes, among others: medical equipment and devices, IT solutions, laboratory diagnostics, imaging technologies, medical innovations, hygiene products, disposable materials, as well as rescue and rehabilitation equipment.
      Central European Medical Symposium

      is a space dedicated to modern healthcare and the organisation of medical services, bringing together representatives of medical facilities, healthcare managers, local governments and public institutions. The first part of the event is the conference “New Horizons in Ophthalmology”, organised by the Polish Association of Private Hospitals. The second part consists of the conference “Management in Non-stationary, Primary and Ambulatory Healthcare – Modern Models, Quality and Cooperation”, prepared by STOMOZ – the Association of Healthcare Managers. Including primary healthcare, specialist outpatient care, community and ambulatory psychiatric treatment, which are an important element of the healthcare system.
