WARSAW HVAC EXPO 2026: 4th Edition of the International Trade Fair for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology


Heating technology, ventilation, air conditioning, HVAC systems, energy efficiency, building automation and modern technologies supporting sustainable construction - these areas defined the scope of the 4th edition of Warsaw HVAC Expo. The event took place 24-26 February 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, bringing together installers, engineers, designers, investors as well as manufacturers and distributors of HVAC systems from Poland and abroad. The trade fair served as a platform for presenting innovative technological solutions and building key business relationships in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector. The event gathered 21010 visitors from 19 countries, representing a 10% increase compared to the previous year.

Warsaw HVAC Expo 2026 once again integrated the community of installers, engineers, designers, and manufacturers and distributors of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The event became a meeting place for exchanging experience and establishing real cooperation, enabling participants to develop projects and investments through:

cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of modern HVAC systems and technologies supporting energy efficiency,

expanding business networks with investors, developers, designers, property managers and industry experts,

discovering innovative solutions in building automation, energy optimization and modernization of technical infrastructure,

promoting brands and technologies among thousands of visitors and industry media representatives present at the event.


During Warsaw HVAC Expo 2026, the Trade Fair Medal Ceremony also took place - a permanent and prestigious element of the event program. During the ceremony, companies distinguished by the quality of their solutions and their real impact on the development of the industry were honored.

Summary of the main conference at Warsaw HVAC Expo

The HVAC Innovations Summit gathered experts from the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector, presenting practical solutions for energy transition, system efficiency and modernization of building infrastructure. The Economic Chamber of Renewable Energy Devices (IGU OZE) organized the conference "The HVAC Market in 2026 - Technology, Law, Responsibility", focusing on market development directions and regulatory changes. The Academy of House Building together with the Institute of Optimal Construction prepared the "Lectures and Training" block dedicated to architects, developers, flippers and construction companies. TAT ECO organized the conference "Transformation of Thermal Energy using Innovative Technologies", focusing on modern heating systems and energy transformation. The editorial team of Chłodnictwo & Klimatyzacja organized the congress "HVACR 360° - Business, Trends, Premieres", presenting market novelties and industry analyses. The Polish Association of Ventilation Installers hosted the conference "Energy Efficiency of Ventilation Systems in Energy-Efficient and Passive Buildings." The program was complemented by the Fire Zone, organized by Świat Kominków, and the Social Campaign Conference "Wood Positive Energy", organized by Drewno Pozytywna Energia and IGKP, focusing on modern heating solutions. All these events provided participants with practical knowledge and tools supporting the development of the HVAC industry.
