Warsaw Fleet Expo 2026 – the premiere edition of an industry trade fair for automotive fleet

On 3–5 February 2026, Ptak Warsaw Expo will become a center of modern fleet management and business mobility thanks to the premiere edition of Warsaw Fleet Expo -Industry trade fair for automotive fleet. The event will bring together fleet managers, logistics and transport directors, representatives of procurement and finance, public fleet operators, and ESG experts, creating a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience as well as the presentation of the latest solutions for the fleet market. The trade fair will be a meeting place for manufacturers, technology providers, financial services, and innovative solutions supporting efficient, safe, and sustainable fleet management.

Warsaw Fleet Expo – the trade fair that defines the future of fleets and business mobility

This is a unique event addressed to fleet managers, entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives of the public sector who actively participate in the development of the fleet market and business mobility. The trade fair connects key areas of the industry – from fleet management and financing, through vehicle servicing and maintenance, to modern mobility solutions. Among the exhibitors will be, among others: DKV Mobility, Polski Serwis Floty Sp. z o.o., BZ Group Sp. z o.o., DC Serwis, WLS and Millennium Leasing – representatives of renowned domestic and international companies offering comprehensive solutions for the fleet market.

The trade fair’s theme

will include fleet vehicle management, zero-emission vehicles, telematics and AI, ADAS safety systems, energy and fleet charging, MaaS, remarketing, financing, and the circular economy in fleets.

Fleet Management Summit

is a conference dedicated to modern fleet management and business mobility, bringing together fleet managers, experts, and partners from the fleet market. The event provides a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the area of fleet transformation, the use of data, and modern technologies. The first part of the event is Fleet Studio, carried out in cooperation with CARTRACK, focusing on the practical aspects of fleet management and data analytics. The second part of the event consists of a discussion panel „Fleet transformation: revolution or evolution? Between the market and fleet expectations”, prepared in cooperation with SKFS, serving as a space for the exchange of knowledge and opinions on the directions of development of the fleet market, transformational challenges, and the adaptation of fleet strategies to dynamically changing business realities.

The goal of the event

is to integrate the fleet community, present innovative technologies, and support the transformation of fleets toward efficiency, safety, and sustainable mobility.
