Vending Poland 2026 - Premiere Edition of the Industry Vending and Self-Service Technologies Trade Fai

Ptak Warsaw Expo will become the center of innovation in the self-service sales and self-service technology sector. On 10-12 March 2026, the premiere edition of Vending Poland - the Industry Vending and Self-Service Technologies Trade Fair will take place, bringing together vending machine manufacturers, payment system suppliers, technology integrators, and representatives of the retail, HoReCa, and public space sectors from Poland and abroad. The event will be a place for the presentation of the latest solutions in vending machines, intelligent sales systems, cashless payment technologies, software for managing device networks, and innovative business models based on customer service automation.

Vending Poland - Trade Fair that drive the development of the vending and self-service technology market

This event is addressed to vending operators, investors, representatives of the retail and HoReCa sectors, as well as public institutions who want to actively participate in the development of self-service sales and the automation of purchasing processes. The trade fair connects key areas of the industry - from vending machine and micromarket system manufacturers, through payment technology and software suppliers, to companies offering solutions in water filtration, coffee, fintech integration, and device network management. Among the exhibitors there will be, among others: Automnia, CaVca, Cewar, Novitus, Ecosoft and Elavon - companies representing the sector of vending machines, fiscal systems, payment technologies, and solutions supporting modern self-service sales models.

The trade fair’s theme

is an event dedicated to modern solutions in automated sales. The central point of the program was the Vending Leaders Forum: "Business in the Face of Digital Transformation", organized as a space for debate about the future of the market, the e-receipt, and technological and regulatory challenges.
