On 6 June, by the decision of the Prime Minister, we returned to the organization of trade fairs, congresses and other events requiring the provision of space consistent with the guidelines adopted by the government to ensure health safety in times of pandemic.

The guidelines were developed by the Ministry of Health, the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and representatives of the trade fair industry. They mainly concern sanitary hygiene measures as well as the recommended space between the participants of the above events.

Taking into account the defined recommendations and obligations of the organizers, the PTAK Warsaw Expo trade fair and congress facility meets the highest safety standards in Central Europe.
The huge exhibition area of 143 thousand m2 in 6 spacious halls, conference rooms ranging from 125 m2 to 600 m2, 500 thousand m2 of outdoor space, used for various types of shows, as well as modern technical facilities and 15 thousand parking spaces, allow more than 35 000 people to participate in the fair at the same time (with the recommendation of free space of 4 m2 / person).

As the only facility in Poland and in this part of Europe, we have the opportunity to organize fairs and other events on such a scale with all safety requirements and without compromising the quality of the event and, above all, the number of participants.
The confirmation is the legal and attorney’s exams organized in our facility, lasting 4 days, during which, with all precautions taken, we registered over 4 thousand entries.

Apart from the largest exhibition space, we are distinguished by our excellent location. We are located in the heart of Poland, at the intersection of the main communication routes S8, S7 and A2, only 20 minutes from the center of Warsaw and in close proximity to the international airport Okęcie.
Our center is easily accessible not only from the whole country, but also from Europe. Thanks to this, PTAK Warsaw Expo is an ideal place to organize local and international business events.
