The spring calendar of Ptak Warsaw Expo is bursting at the seams with industry events. The portfolio includes the well-known Warsaw Pack and Remadays fairs, but there are also many new products. The premieres of the fair will include, among others: The Plastics Processing Industry Fair – Warsaw Plast Expo, the International Automation and Industrial Robotics Fair – Warsaw Industry Automatica, and the Wood Tech Expo Fair of Wood Processing Technology and Furniture Production.

The market season began with the spring edition of the Warsaw HomeWarsaw Home Green Days, Warsaw Home Gift & Deco and Warsaw Home Electronics fairs. The event turned out to be a huge attendance success, and over 90 percent of the exhibitors have already declared their willingness to participate in next year’s edition. Next Wednesday (23/03/2022), the largest advertising and printing fair in Europe, Remadays, will take place. The event looks really promising – over 15,000 trade visitors from 50 countries have already announced their participation in the fair. March closes the premiere event of the Warsaw Plast Expo, i.e. the Plastics Processing Industry Fair. The event aims to bring together all branches of the industry and create favorable conditions for professional business contacts. It will be a unique opportunity to learn about new products in the field of manufacturing, processing and machining technologies.

April will be full of 5 fair events. The month will begin with the fair dedicated to the motorcycle industry – Warsaw Motorcycle Show. The second one will be the Industry Fair of Toys and Children’s Accessories – Warsaw Toys & Kids Expo. This is a novelty in the Ptak Warsaw Expo calendar. Nearly 100 companies have declared their participation in this event, including producers and distributors of the most important international brands of prams, car seats, toys, clothing, furniture, textiles and accessories for mothers and children. Another event will be Beauty Forum – the Largest Cosmetic Fair and Congress for Professionals. The comprehensive offer of the event is tailored to the needs of experienced professionals, owners, managers and employees of beauty salons, as well as people planning to start their professional activity in the beauty industry, including students and students of specialized schools. The event was divided into 5 thematic zones: Classic and apparatus cosmetics, Classic and permanent makeup, Podology, Nails and eyelashes, Exclusive. The month will end with the well-known and popular Packaging Technology and Packaging Fair – Warsaw Pack and the Food Technology Fair – Food Tech Expo.

Several premiere events will take place in May. The first of them will be Warsaw Industry Automatica. It is an event that derives from the industrial fair – Warsaw Industry Week. Initially, it was one of the zones of this event, but seeing its dynamic development, as well as listening to the voices of the industry and suggestions from exhibitors, Ptak Warsaw Expo decided to organize a separate event, dedicated only to the automation and robotics industry. The next events in the May portfolio will be devoted to the catering industry – EUROGASTRO Fair and the WORLDHOTEL Fair dedicated to the hotel industry. Over 140 exhibitors and 14,000 trade visitors have already declared their participation in both events. And although these events have a long tradition, they could actually be counted among the debuts, because Ptak Warsaw Expo will be organizing them for the first time. However, this is not the end of events devoted to the food sector. Next to EUROGASTRO and WORLDHOTEL, Warsaw Food Expo will be held. The event is strictly business-oriented and is an excellent platform for dialogue between food producers and distributors. The penultimate point in the spring calendar will be the Wood Tech Warsaw Expo, which will be organized for the first time. During the 3 days of the event, the latest products, technologies and solutions on the wood market will be presented. The event is intended to be a meeting place for producers, importers, traders, distributors, processors and end users from the woodworking industry. The month will end with the last novelty at the fair, Solar Energy Expo. This event will be entirely devoted to the renewable energy industry, and during it, exhibitors will present solutions in the field of solar, wind, hydro, geothermal and biomass energy.

Although the spring fair season will last only 3 months, it looks really impressive. As many as 16 industry fairs are waiting for visitors and exhibitors PTAK WARSAW EXPO. It will be a special time full of business meetings, product premieres and industry discussions.

The intense autumn 2021 is behind us, our teams are not slowing down and are working fully on the next events, as the spring of 2022 promises to be busy. We have over 20 events planned, and we believe that next year will give us more reasons to be proud.

Ptak Warsaw Expo, as the leading organizer of trade fairs in Poland, always makes key decisions guided by the opinions and suggestions of the industry. This was the case in the fall of 2021, when, thanks to close cooperation with exhibitors, we organized 17 international trade fairs, attended by over 2,000 exhibitors and 170,000 visitors from all over the world. We were the only trade fair center in Europe that successfully organized such a large number of events.

Also now, in the spring, we attach the greatest importance to cooperation with exhibitors and jointly analyzing the current situation and making decisions favorable to individual industries. The biggest event of the spring season 2022 will be the International Trade Fair for HoReCa  Industry Solutions –  EuroGastro and the accompanying World Hotel trade fair for the hotel industry. This year’s event is special, in 2022 it is the 25th anniversary of the EuroGastro Fair, and it is also the first edition organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo. We would like both of these events to be supported by a great event that would be a celebration of the entire industry.

Therefore, taking into account the numerous voices of the exhibitors, we decided to postpone the EuroGastro and World Hotel fairs to May 17-19, 2022.

Recently, we have received a lot of requests from the managers and agents of our stars regarding the postponement of the 6th edition of Warsaw Comic Con. The current restrictions on international traffic do not allow our idols to appear at the event at the time we have planned. Therefore, following in the footsteps of the Comic Con world organizers, we are forced to postpone the upcoming edition of the event to the moment when international travel will cease to be associated with quarantine or other difficulties.

This decision was crucial to maintaining cooperation with all the stars announced so far. However, we do not intend to stop there, we intend to use this time effectively to gain even more of your favorites and prepare for this extraordinary event even better.

The 12th edition of the TSW 2022 Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair has just started, which opens the 2022 fair season at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

We cordially invite you to participate in the 12th edition of the TSW 2022 Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair, which takes place between 12 and 13 January 2022. It is the largest industry event in Poland for fruit and vegetable producers. It is a meeting place for fruit and vegetable producers with producers and distributors of gardening machines, means of production, chemicals, fertilizers, and service providers for the horticulture industry. During this year’s edition, leading companies from Poland and abroad will present a wide range of means of production: innovative fertilizers, plant protection chemicals, products supporting horticultural production. Between 23 and 25 November, Ptak Warsaw Expo will simultaneously host two unique trade fair events: Warsaw Pack and Food Tech Expo.

The Warsaw Pack trade fair is intended for the packaging industry, while the Food Tech Expo is dedicated to the food technology industry. Ptak Warsaw Expo’s decision to merge these events results from the will to consolidate both sectors so that their representatives can establish profitable business relationships with each other and exchange experiences.

The thematic scope of Warsaw Pack the fair includes, among others, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, transport and industrial packaging. We can also find machines producing packages and packaging machines, a wide range of labels and labeling machines.

Finalization of current projects, organization of 6 separate trade fair events under the pressure of a potential lockdown, all of which we can safely call a complete success. There is a clear conclusion – we managed to do a great job.

Until now, autumn has been a test that has passed us, our exhibitors and visitors with a positive five. We managed to organize 6 events, maintaining full professionalism and adhering to all epidemiological safety rules.

There is still a lot of work ahead of us and autumn is not over yet, but many important projects have been finalized and we would like to focus on what we have already achieved.

So let’s summarize what autumn 2021 has brought us so far.

Bioexpo – The second edition of the fair was held on 30/09/2021 – 02/10/2021.
Bioexpo is a business fair created for those for whom ecology and well-being play the first fiddle. For those who want to take care of the health of both their customers and our planet.

Bioexpo Warsaw is the only event in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe dedicated only to the ecological industry. It has a strictly business character, it is a perfect opportunity to establish business relations within the domestic market, as well as to develop and increase the export of products.

Bioexpo is a space for presenting innovations and talking about trends in the food and organic products market. The Bioexpo Congress is an integral part of the event. It offers an extensive program of conferences, seminars and workshops.

Camper and Caravan Show is a platform for presenting new products, talking about trends on the motorhome and caravan market, as well as tourist and automotive accessories. The exhibitors included producers and sellers of motorhomes, caravans, mobile homes, special tourist vehicles, coaches, and off-road vehicles. We combined the exhibition with additional attractions, i.e. the largest rally of motorhomes and caravans in Poland – Camper Con and the Food Tracks festival.

The Camper and Caravan Show is a great opportunity for both industry professionals who want to establish business contacts, and private individuals dreaming about their own residential movable property.

Animals & Veterinary Days – The event taking place on October 15, 2021 – October 17, 2021 was the fifth edition of the fair addressed to clients from the zoological and veterinary industry.

This year’s edition provided hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors with a platform for discussion, and expanded the knowledge of the pet and veterinary industry market. She helped establish business cooperation and promote the products and services of our exhibitors.

Visitors could choose from products such as food, toys, care and pharmaceutical products, as well as aquariums, terrariums and cages with equipment.

This year, we had the opportunity to see the tricks of trainers and their pets, as well as exhibitions of beautiful, dignified pets – the Triple Kennel Show and Felimpiade 2021. Over 6,000 dogs, 180 breeds, 450 cats visited the hall. Workshops with Alpacas were organized for children.

Industry customers left the halls with signed contracts and new business partners. Both the youngest and the oldest had a great time in the company of the four-legged friends and more.

Warsaw Home & Contract – the fifth edition of the interior design fair, lasting 4 days, was held between October 27, 2021 and October 30, 2021.

During this year’s edition of the Warsaw Home & Contract fair at PTAK Warsaw Expo, thousands of visitors could choose from the offers of hundreds of exhibitors, whose stands were assigned to as many as four thematic zones. This helped to focus on the category of the interior industry that the visitor was interested in. At the same time, it made it easier for exhibitors to present themselves to those customers who were looking for a product from their sector of the industry.

Light & Textile – Here you could find unique lighting, innovative solutions for smart home, office and even outdoor areas, as well as unique, functional upholstery, decorative fabrics or carpets, rich in beautiful patterns and the highest quality materials.
Build – They were addressed to both manufacturers from the finishing, construction and architectural industries, as well as individual clients looking for new solutions in interior design.
Furniture – has been divided into Selected Furniture and Selected Design. As part of Selected Furniture, international furniture manufacturers for private and office spaces as well as for the HoReCa industry were presented. Selected Design, on the other hand, was a platform for selected, internationally recognized contract brands. Producers of the highest quality furniture and premium accessories for commercial and private spaces.
Kitchen – This is a zone for those looking for ideas for a beautiful and practical kitchen. Here you could find innovative systems, furniture and accessories as well as aesthetic, intelligent household appliances.

Warsaw Yacht Saloon – a 3-day event for the yachting industry and water sports took place between November 5, 2021 and November 7, 2021.

This year, companies specializing in the sale and production of yachts and boats, both navigable and motor, presented themselves with their offer, companies providing charter or specialized services, agents of insurance and leasing companies. Enthusiasts of underwater exploration found themselves at home in the divers zone. A wide range of marine accessories was also presented, such as specialized electronics for boats, navigation, rescue and safety equipment, sailing clothing, as well as tow trucks and trailers.

The event was rich in lectures by exhibitors and conferences on various issues in the industry. We were also visited by popularizers of the aquatic lifestyle who talked about their passion.
