Ptak Warsaw Expo: A Record-Breaking Trade Fair Season 2024/2025
The Autumn 2024 – Spring 2025 season confirmed Ptak Warsaw Expo’s dominant position on the trade fair map of Central and Eastern Europe. During this time, the exhibition center organized as many as 100 industry events, which brought together thousands of exhibitors and hundreds of thousands of visitors from both Poland and abroad. The scale and diversity of the events made the halls of Ptak Warsaw Expo once again a key meeting place for business, innovation, and emerging trends.
In the 2024/2025 season, Ptak Warsaw Expo delivered events tailored to the needs of the most important sectors of the Polish economy. The industrial sector drew the most attention, with 28 trade shows dedicated to production, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. This was followed by 16 events each for the construction industry and the home & interior design sector. Other significant categories included food (12), automotive (9), medical (7), niche/specialist industries (7) and energy (5). This thematic variety confirms Ptak Warsaw Expo’s role as an effective connector of diverse business communities, providing a platform for dialogue and innovation across the entire market.

New Events in the Trade Fair Calendar
The 2024/2025 season brought a significant expansion of Ptak Warsaw Expo’s offering. A total of 38 debut trade fairs were added to the calendar, responding to growing demand from specialized industries and emerging market niches.
New additions included FORUM BHP, RECYCLING TECH, SMART HOME & IOT, ROBOTICS WARSAW, PHARMACY EXPO, WINDOW, CLEAN TECH, LABELING TECH, STONE POLAND, and AUTOTECHNIKA. These events covered a wide range of sectors—from heavy industry and automation to renewable energy, construction, and transport, as well as technological innovation, sustainability, gastronomy, funeral services, and hairdressing.
The dynamic development of the event portfolio further strengthened Ptak Warsaw Expo’s position as the largest regional platform integrating diverse branches of the economy. Among the 100 events held at Ptak Warsaw Expo in the 2024/2025 season, four flagship trade fairs stood out by attracting record-breaking attendance and shaping the direction of their respective industries.
Warsaw Home & Contract – 8th Edition
One of the most important interior design events in Central and Eastern Europe. The fair, featuring six complementary zones (including Furniture, Light, Kitchen, Textile, and Build), gathered design industry leaders, architects, investors, and manufacturers. Lectures within the Design Trends Congress and archiDAY provided a platform for the exchange of inspiration and knowledge about the future of design.
Warsaw Industry Week - 8th Edition
The largest industrial event in Poland, dedicated to automation, metal processing, and production technologies. A key highlight was the main conference titled “Data as Fuel for Industrial Activity in the 21st Century,” organized by the Industry 4.0 Center and FAIRP (Polish Automation and Robotics Forum). The fair featured eleven thematic zones – including metal and wood processing, hydraulics and pneumatics, 3D printing, robotics, automation, and software – making it the most comprehensive showcase of modern industrial solutions in the region.
Solar Energy Week - 4th Edition
The largest renewable energy event in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Participants explored a broad range of cutting-edge technologies – from photovoltaic panels, energy storage systems, and heat pumps to efficiency management systems and e-mobility solutions. The fair was accompanied by expert conferences and workshops such as the Renewable Energy Summit and PIME StorageEnergy Summit, deepening insight into market trends, technologies, and regulations.
WARSAW DENTAL MEDICA SHOW – 7th Edition
Poland’s largest trade fair combining the dental and aesthetic medicine sectors. The event brought together equipment manufacturers, dentists, specialists, technicians, and students. A rich congress agenda and numerous workshops were integral parts of the fair, including conferences organized by EDUASYST and the Polskie Towarzystwo Stomatologiczne (PTS), focused on education, professional development, and innovation in dentistry.
What does the 2025/2026 season have in store?
The upcoming trade fair year at Ptak Warsaw Expo promises to be record-breaking, with around 140 industry events already on the calendar—the most extensive offering in the center’s history. Of these, 40 will be brand-new formats, expanding the portfolio with highly specialized segments that respond to current market needs and emerging sectors.
Popular returning events will come back in refreshed form—with new thematic blocks, an extended range of exhibitors, and enriched educational and expert zones.
Ptak Warsaw Expo is also strengthening its international scope by expanding partnerships abroad and organizing events with global reach.
