Ptak Warsaw Expo: an intense trade fair season – Autumn 2025

The Autumn 2025 season confirmed the strong position of Ptak Warsaw Expo as one of the most important trade fair centers in Central and Eastern Europe. During this period, 57 industry events were organized, bringing together 9,045 exhibitors and 681,542 visitors from Poland and abroad. The scale and diversity of the events once again made Ptak Warsaw Expo a key meeting place for business, innovation, and new trends.

The Autumn 2025 offer responded to the needs of key sectors of the economy. The most represented category was INDUSTRY, within which 15 trade fairs were held, dedicated to, among others, manufacturing, automation, new technologies, and solutions for modern plants. An important role was also played by events in the FOOD sector – 9 trade fairs bringing together producers, distributors, and processing technologies.

7 events were organized in each of the CONSTRUCTION and HOME categories, presenting modern materials and solutions for the construction sector, interior architecture, and furnishings. The next places were taken by OTHER fairs (8 events) of a specialist and multi-thematic nature, AUTOMOTIVE (5 trade fairs), ENERGY (3 trade fairs), and MEDICINE (3 trade fairs).

The autumn season also brought 16 premiere trade fair events, enriching the Ptak Warsaw Expo calendar with new, highly specialized formats responding to the dynamically changing needs of the market. The trade fairs were multi-dimensional in nature – combining business, educational, and networking functions, offering participants space to present, gain knowledge, and build long-term relationships.

Autumn 2025 once again confirmed that Ptak Warsaw Expo is a universal development platform for many industries, effectively integrating business communities and supporting innovation in both the domestic and international markets.
