Print Tech 2025: the largest trade fair for printing, innovation and packaging once again brought industry professionals together in Warsaw
Digital and offset printing, 3D technologies, innovative materials and components, smart packaging, as well as state-of-the-art machines and systems for the printing industry – these were the key themes that defined Print Tech 2025, the largest trade fair in Poland dedicated to the world of printing and packaging. The third edition of the event took place on September 9–11, 2025, and recorded a clear increase in interest. The fair was attended by 6611 professionals from 27 countries – a 3 % increase compared to the previous year!

Print Tech 2025 brought together the printing, packaging and new technologies sector in Poland. Participants were able to grow their businesses through:

- promoting their companies in trade media present at the fair.

Summary of the main conferences at Print Tech 2025
The Print Tech 2025 agenda was filled with expert-driven events that attracted specialists from all over Poland and abroad. The program combined practical knowledge, inspiring lectures, and workshops developing key competences for the printing and packaging industry.
Participants could take part in the conference “Perspectives and Challenges for the Printing Industry”, organized by Świat Druku, where experts discussed the sector’s development directions, process automation, and innovative approaches to building competitiveness.
On the second day, the “We Love Print” conference, prepared by Świat Poligrafii, addressed current trends, new technologies, and strategies to strengthen printing companies’ offers in the digital era.
There were also highly practical workshops such as “Fundamentals of Cybersecurity”, organized by Cyrus, highlighting the growing importance of data and process security in the printing sector.
Print Tech 2025 was further enriched by presentations on the Trends Stage, where industry leaders spoke about sustainable packaging, innovative materials, and the role of social media in promoting printing services.
The program also included demonstrations and thematic lectures focused on new printing technologies, covering topics such as materials, production automation, and effective marketing strategies within the industry.
