The event took place on February 14-16, 2024 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Warsaw Garden Expo changes from edition to edition. Each year, this international horticulture fair places greater emphasis on networking, as well as providing visitors with practical knowledge about innovations and changes that affect the industry. The emphasis of the fourth edition of the event was on practical workshops and knowledge in the field of sector regulation.

Warsaw Garden Expo with networking tools integrating business

The aim of each event organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo is to open visitors to the greatest possible opportunities for building new business relationships. During Warsaw Garden Expo, this was done not only thanks to the help of an experienced group of organizers integrating business, but also using a dedicated trade fair application “Exhibitor Scanner”. It made it possible to build a database of potential customers from people who visited individual stands. Thanks to this, each exhibitor could obtain detailed data about people interested in their company.

Information collected during the three days of Warsaw Garden Expo confirmed that a large number of companies left the event with new contract agreements signed. This is also due to the emphasis placed by Ptak Warsaw Expo on the suggested presence of decision-makers from individual companies.

Educational workshops and expert lectures at Warsaw Garden Expo

Visitors to Warsaw Garden Expo could take part in three educational and workshop panels. During Green Corner by Gardenphilia, a meeting was held devoted to the Gardenphilia DESIGNER application, as well as the design of surfaces, greenery, relaxation zones and lighting. It was led by Monika Kilian from Natura Zieleni and Andrzej Komakowski from Gardenphilia.com. Experts also discussed the most important topics in the form of lectures – including challenges related to AI, garden visualization and technical aspects of design.

During the certified training of the Federation of Polish Arborists, the protection of trees in the investment process was discussed. Selected legal standards, proper care of the above-ground part of the tree and methods of protecting root systems are shown. The participants could also take part in the PSDZ and BAUDER POLSKA panel for designers, technical selection and contractors of green roofs. The most effective system solutions, mistakes made, as well as legal aspects were presented. During Warsaw Garden Expo, visitors received a dose of both formal and practical knowledge, which creates even greater opportunities for development in the sector in the future.

Investing in technology is a step towards development. This was the first edition of Intralogistica Poland Expo

On January 24-26, 2024, Ptak Warsaw Expo became a place for discussions about development in the warehouse logistics industry. Sector experts indicated, among other things, what investment directions to choose to increase competitiveness and reduce costs.

A global trend that affected the warehouse logistics industry a few years ago was investment in technology development. These translate into reduced costs and increased efficiency of warehouses and the transport network. Thus, companies implementing it become more competitive on the market. What will 2024 be like? Analysts indicate that its main axis will be to strengthen the supply chain’s resistance to risk. This will involve faster delivery, development of e-commerce and ensuring an appropriate number of employees.

This was among other topics discussed by experts during the Logistics Industry Congress, which took place during the Intralogistica Poland Expo fair. There was also the topic of artificial intelligence, designing warehouses and logistics centers, and automation of warehouse processes.

However, the educational part of Intralogistica Poland Expo was not all that awaited visitors to the event at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Intralogistica Poland Expo is the central point of the industry’s development

Intralogistica Poland Expo was also a place for business integration. The 20,000 m2 of Ptak Warsaw Expo space gathered both the most respected representatives of the industry and companies just starting their operations in it. The organizer’s experience helped connect entrepreneurs looking for solutions with those who offered them.

Visitors could learn about the latest warehouse systems and equipment. They also learned about robotic possibilities for the industry and tried intralogistics software. The event also featured design and consulting companies, manufacturers of labeling machines and devices as well as collective packaging, companies responsible for health and safety in warehouses and halls, as well as financing and training.

A milestone in the development of renewable energy. Success of the third edition of Solar Energy Expo

A milestone in the development of renewable energy. Success of the third edition of Solar Energy Expo

There is one event in Poland that effectively integrates investors interested in building photovoltaic farms and entrepreneurs looking for innovations in the field of alternative energy sources with producers of solar panels and suppliers of energy storage systems valued in the country and abroad. This is Solar Energy Expo, the third edition of which took place at Ptak Warsaw Expo on January 16-18, 2024.

The New Year brings new opportunities for the renewable energy industry. These are further opportunities to obtain funding for energy storage and recruitment for renewable energy sources under European Funds. Analyzes indicate that this is a profitable direction. In 2023, the energy transformation has gained momentum. Almost 24 percent of Polish production came from renewable sources and this tendency will also grow in 2024. This is therefore the right time to discuss development in the industry and investments. Such a dialogue took place during the Solar Energy Expo, which took place in January at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Solar Energy Expo - meeting with experts for specialists

The third edition of Solar Energy Expo gathered 17 862 participants and 270 exhibitors. Once again, the event recorded a significant increase in attendance, becoming one of the leaders in the discussion about changes and prospects for renewable energy in Poland.

The mentioned group included only specialists open to new business development opportunities. During the event, investors interested in investing capital in renewable energy sources could learn about the offers of leading producers and distributors of, among others, solar panels and photovoltaic modules, energy storage systems, solar energy technologies, energy management systems, wind turbines and other devices for generating renewable energy or and energy efficiency solutions. They also met suppliers of zero-emission technologies.

The possibilities of photovoltaics, solar power plants, solar technologies, heat pumps, energy storage, technologies for obtaining electricity and heat from renewable sources, electromobility and EV were widely presented.

PIME ENERGY STORAGE SUMMIT 2024 and other educational offers of Solar Energy Expo

Education is an important element of every event organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo. During the Solar Energy Expo, it was implemented on three levels. One of them was PIME Energy STORAGE SUMMIT 2024, devoted to energy policy, financing investments in energy storage and renewable energy sources, as well as regulatory policy in the area of energy storage, heat and cold energy storage, and hydrogen storage technology. The reflections of industry experts were accompanied by discussion panels, allowing for further innovative solutions.

During the Solar Energy Expo, the conference “Renewable energy – a remedy for tomorrow’s challenge” was also held. The topics covered included electromobility, photovoltaic power plants in urban space, new legal solutions supporting effective energy management and the development of renewable energy sources (direct line and cable pooling), flexibility and energy storage services, and monitoring the condition of energy infrastructure elements using optical fibers.

During the event, you could also get acquainted with “Exhibitors’ Presentations and Trends” – a series of lectures given by entrepreneurs. efines.pl, TECNA, Prosat, UMOYA ENERGY CUNSULTING, CF Energy GmbH, SolarEdge Polska, ASSETIN, Enspo and SOLARSTOP presented their solutions.

The three days of Solar Energy Expo allowed for valuable networking, acquiring leads, expanding the database of business contacts, and updating industry knowledge. The next edition of the event will take place on January 14-16, 2025.

WARSAW METALTECH - an event where innovations and investments come first

WARSAW METALTECH - an event where innovations and investments come first

The WARSAW METALTECH fair of technologies, machines and tools for metal processing is an event where innovations and investments come first. The modern formula, contracting conditions and openness to new technologies guarantee the satisfaction of visitors. The event will take place on January 23-25, 2024 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Automation has been the key to development in the metalworking industry in recent years. A large part of entrepreneurs operating in the sector decide to invest in optimizing solutions despite the economic slowdown. What’s more, according to the analyses, a quarter of companies want to increase their financial contribution to development in the coming months, and 66 percent of the remaining group plan to maintain it at a comparable level.

This opens up a lot of room for contracting, establishing new business relationships and looking for opportunities to expand the customer base. The event dedicated to this will be WARSAW METALTECH, which will take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

The biggest brands confirmed their participation at WARSAW METALTECH

Although there are still a few months left to the event, the most important brands operating in the metalworking industry have already confirmed their participation in the January edition of WARSAW METALTECH. One of the most important aspects of the events organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo is their opening to foreign visitors. The international group of entrepreneurs is attracted not only by the favorable location of the facilities located in the center of Europe, but also by the quality that the events have been characterized for years.

That is why the first edition of WARSAW METALTECH was visited by participants from eight countries outside Poland: Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy and Portugal. This created favorable contracting conditions for Polish entrepreneurs and enabled them to enter new markets. At the same time, it guaranteed greater stabilization of supply chains and strengthened business contacts.

In the next edition, an even clearer emphasis will be placed on the totality of business across borders. It is therefore worth taking the chance and checking how much you can get thanks to your presence at WARSAW METALTECH.

What else will you gain at WARSAW METALTECH?

An important step towards innovation. The Central Agricultural Fair has ended

An important step towards innovation. The Central Agricultural Fair has ended

The seventh edition of the Central Agricultural Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo was marked by contracting and talks about innovations. The event took place on December 8-10, 2023.

The Central Agricultural Fair has become an important point in the development of the agricultural industry. This is due to the comprehensive approach to the needs of modern business and the wide range of opportunities available during the event.

During the event, visitors received complete knowledge about the sector. They learned about solutions and systems presented by exhibitors from both Poland and abroad. Their contracting capabilities have thus increased significantly, opening up new markets. At the same time, they became familiar with hundreds of products and services in one place and time, which provided a complete overview of the offers of companies operating in the industry. The experience of the participants of the Central Agricultural Fair was also enriched with shows and premieres that allowed them to see for themselves the potential of the agro sector and new investment opportunities.

An important step towards innovation during the Central Agricultural Fair

The Central Agricultural Fair opened up networking opportunities and increased the dynamics of the sector. However, it is also worth mentioning their educational value, which during the seventh edition of the event focused on the topic of innovation.

The National Council of Agricultural Chambers, a partner of the Central Agricultural Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo, actively participated in the preparation of the industry conference. Its title was “Agriculture 4.0 – using innovations in agricultural production and processing.” The panel included the most respected experts in the country, including representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Member of the European Parliament, Krzysztof Jurgiel, gave a lecture titled “Creating European law in the field of agriculture 4.0 in the European Parliament”, and representatives of countries such as France, Germany and Israel presented case studies on the implementation of industry innovations in their native countries. economies.

The conference of the Central Agricultural Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo was therefore an important source of inspiration and knowledge that can be used to incorporate new solutions and find the most beneficial methods of optimizing activities in the sector.

The next edition of the Central Agricultural Fair has been planned

Once again, the Central Agricultural Fair was an important point of development for the agro industry. The best proof of this are the statistics of the 2023 edition. The event was visited by 9804 participants and 103 exhibitors (including OEX, Jantar, Pol Feed, COMPLEXOR and Żar Hurtownia Paliw).

The next edition of the event will take place on 6-8.12.2024.

Integration of the roofing industry, Craft Zone, eliminations for the IFD Award - first edition of Roof Expo at Ptak Warsaw Expo

The first edition of the international roofing fair Roof Expo was full of networking, industry conferences, the “Youth Master of Roofing” competition, the Craft Zone and the national qualifying rounds for the IFD Award. It took place on December 7-9, 2023 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

The first editions of business events should show the full potential of the events. This was the case with Roof Expo, which integrated industry networking with mapping out the future of the sector. During the three days of the fair, participants could meet decision-makers in the most respected enterprises, establish new business contacts, meet potential contractors with solutions that suit them, or enter new European markets with the company.

Integration of the roofing industry, Craft Zone, eliminations for the IFD Award – first edition of Roof Expo at Ptak Warsaw Expo

During Roof Expo, participants took part in accompanying events. One of them was the Conference of the Polish Roofers’ Association, which lasted for two days of the event. Visitors could listen to, among others, lectures on “Centimeter accuracy without entering the roof – ABC of drone measurement” (Łukasz Maliszewski), “Roof problems – insulation with wool and spray foam” (Zbigniew Buczek) and “Are your employees prepared to work at height? Conclusions from the labor inspector’s inspection” (Paweł Rozowski).

There was also an Inter-School Trade Competition “Youth Roofing Master”, which helped in educating future specialists, promoted the roofing profession, allowed for building a professional community and resulted in greater integration of the sector. In turn, in the Craft Zone of the Polish Roofers’ Association, experts considered many aspects of operation in the industry. The topics discussed included chimney processing, learning how to make sheet metal details, installing wooden shingles, metalwork, EPD and fiber-cement materials.

Additionally, the national IFD Award qualifying rounds took place during Roof Expo. This competition rewards outstanding standards of craftsmanship and occupational safety, and the associated exhibition was available throughout the fair.

Roof Expo was therefore a comprehensive event attended by the most important representatives of the industry (including Blachy Pruszyński, Koramic, Polskie Hurtownie Dachowe, KLIMAS, Polish Roofers’ Association and Grupa Dekarska).

The second edition of the fair will be held at Ptak Warsaw Expo on December 5-7, 2024.

Solutions for the fruit industry. The first edition of Fruit Poland Expo at Ptak Warsaw Expo

Solutions for the fruit industry. The first edition of Fruit Poland Expo at Ptak Warsaw Expo

The international fruit growing fair Fruit Poland Expo made its debut on the event map of Poland. The event organized at Ptak Warsaw Expo on December 7-9, 2023 included many solutions that can help develop the sector.

The last few months have not been an easy time for the fruit industry. Production costs increased, new European Union regulations came into force, including restrictions on the use of plant protection products, there was an excess of supply and a decline in consumption, as well as an increase in price pressure on producers. Therefore, this sector needed a positive impulse, the opportunity to talk about development prospects, “green” change or cost optimization.
