Wood Tech Expo is an event integrating the sector of woodworking technology and furniture production. Poland is one of the leaders of furniture exports in Europe
The Polish furniture production and woodworking industry is one of the European leaders. According to analyses, in 2021 it was to be the second largest exporter. The value of goods sold oscillated around thirteen billion euro, which was an increase in comparison to previous years by almost twenty percent.
Polish furniture is of high quality, which is one of the reasons for international interest in the products. They go mainly to the German market. However, the Czechs, the British, the French and the Dutch are also important partners. These international dependencies were one of the main impulses to delve deeper into topics important for the sector of Polish woodworking technology and furniture production. The result of considerations, market analyzes and months of consultations is Wood Tech Expo, the second edition of which will take place on March 7-9, 2023 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.
Wood Tech Expo - quality for years
Wood Tech Expo is not a new event. This is an event derived from the International Industrial Fair Warsaw Industry Week. Initially, it was one of the fair zones, but the huge interest it enjoyed resulted in an investment in a separate fair event, dedicated exclusively to the wood sector in Poland.
At the moment, it is the most dynamically developing event, presenting, among others, wood and raw material traders, manufacturers and distributors of machines and devices dedicated to the wood and sawmill industry, as well as devices for harvesting, skidding and transporting wood. There will also be suppliers in the field of wood, panels, veneer, adhesives, abrasives and wood coatings or cutting machines, forestry, construction and wooden houses. In addition, Wood Tech Expo will feature exhibitors offering furniture fittings, locks, specialized clothing, as well as wood seasoning and drying machines.
International cooperation during Wood Tech Expo
The upcoming edition of Wood Tech Expo will be even more adapted to European realities. For nearly a year, Ukraine has been struggling with a Russian attack, which has changed the perspective of looking at international solidarity.
In search of new ways of cooperation during the Wood Tech Warsaw Expo, the Polish Chamber of Commerce of the Timber Industry will organize, together with its Ukrainian counterpart, a conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine with the participation of Polish and Ukrainian wood companies. The side of our eastern neighbor will also be represented by the head of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange. In addition, the event will host a representative of the Ukrainian State Forests Directorate. On the Polish side, representatives of the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Economy will participate in the discussion.
All this to further strengthen international cooperation, while opening the domestic sector to new markets.

From 24 to 26 January 2023, the first edition of the Warsaw Metaltech trade fair was held at Ptak Warsaw Expo. Following the success of this year’s event, we invite you to the next edition, which will take place from 23 to 25 January 2024.
Initially, this was one of the industry trade fair zones, but seeing its dynamic growth, we decided to create the first event in Poland dedicated solely to this sector.
As it turns out, this was a good decision, because the first edition of this trade fair will be remembered by us for hundreds of collaborations, constructive and fruitful business meetings. Companies showed us innovative solutions in the metal processing industry. During the lectures of the best industry experts in Poland and Europe, the conference rooms were filled to the brim. Such an event has not yet been held in our country!
The metal industry is constantly moving forward! The conferences held during the Warsaw Metaltech trade fair gave us the opportunity to update our knowledge and discuss the latest technologies in this field.
The first day was devoted to the analysis of technological transformation and its influence on the organization of production in the metal industry. We got to know the secrets of more efficient management in work and discussed what will help in the development towards automation in work. The conferences were led by the most experienced experts in this sector. The second day only increased the excitement among the interested parties as innovative and new solutions used in metal processing were discussed. Foreign markets were compared and, most importantly, trends that increase efficiency and competitiveness were indicated.
In addition to the amazing knowledge we had the opportunity to acquire from experts in this field, we were witnesses to the premieres of devices with the latest technology in the metal processing industry.
Sector leaders focused on modern grinding technologies, laser diagnostics, or diffusion drilling, among other things. We could also admire devices for chip machining, plastic, thermal processing as well as preparations needed in this field.

We are starting the great countdown to the 18th edition of RemaDays Warsaw 2023! From February 1-3, Ptak Warsaw Expo will become the European capital of advertising and printing. RemaDays Warsaw 2023. Not only business, but also education
One of the most important aspects of RemaDays Warsaw 2023 is the educational element, implemented with the help of the Rema Congress Conference. This is a three-day side event, divided into sectors according to the interests of visitors.
The Marketing Room will host lectures by leaders who know everything about targeting advertising and promotional activities in the industry. Among them is Krzysztof Sarnecki, one of the most important business trainers and the creator of the 5th Generation of Sales. Iwona Bates, in turn, will talk about the differences in communication and advertising – Facebook vs. TikTok, and Emilia Mamet and Wojciech Bielecki will focus on venti-sized marketing.
Lectures will be held also in the Printing Room. Among the speakers will be Sabina Urban-Wierna, Vice President of PSSiDC, President of the Management Board of Tromar sp. z o.o., and Jacek Szydłowski, Vice President of PSSiDC, Regional Director of Sico Polska. The topic of their speech was “Modern Screen Printing – contemporary trends in the industry of printing on textiles and other materials”. Michał Czumaj from Sico will talk about DTF, the new dimension of printing.
The last of the hall is the Exhibitors’ Hall. Lectures will be delivered by Karol Froń (“How to sell premium products nowadays?”), Paweł Popenda and Marek Polanowski (“What is 3D enhancement technology? The second edition of the Solar Energy Expo trade fair for the renewable energy industry was a great success. Hundreds of new collaborations were concluded and knowledge gained from experts in the field of RES. We are already pleased to announce the next edition of the event. No other industry event in Europe has such a dose of innovation, the latest and most necessary knowledge, trends and networking. The second edition of Solar Energy Expo, the renewable energy industry fair, will be associated with hundreds of established cooperation, a multitude of constructive and fruitful business meetings and conference rooms filled to the brim during lectures by the best industry experts in Poland and Europe. The latest information on energy policy and the energy storage market
During the Solar Energy Expo, the PIME Energy Storage Summit 2023 was held, organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo with tStowarzyszenie PIME. It was a comprehensive conference on energy policy as well as the energy storage market. During it, the most important experts in the sector shared innovations, trends and changes that have affected the industry in recent months.
Among them were Grzegorz Wiśniewski from IEO, who talked about using the potential of RES thanks to the coouplig sector, Michał Sobczyk from EDPR, who assessed the state of work on regulatory changes from the perspective of the RES industry, and Grzegorz Pizoń from PIME, who presented the current state and challenges of the regulatory environment for energy storage. There were also experts in the field of energy storage itself. Among them, Katarzyna Suchcicka from OX2 talked about the potential and calls of storage facilities, Marcin Adamiak from Enspirion gave a lecture on the flexibility service in the DSR capacity market, and Szymon Piasecki from Apator Toruń mentioned the stabilization of micro-installations through the energy storage system.
There was also a case study on electricity storage technology. Krzysztof Strukowicz from My-Soft, Rafał Niestępski from Huawei, Alicja Walec from Elit, Krzysztof Bukała from Soltec and Dariusz Perkowski from Neo Energy Storage spoke in this part.
These comprehensive lectures on a rich thematic study allowed not only to update knowledge, but also to spark a discussion on the future and innovation in renewable energy. After the debates, participants could confront their ideas with experts during individual talks.
Business meetings at Solar Energy Expo
In addition to educational values, Solar Energy Expo took care of networking issues. It was the largest industry meeting of producers and distributors in the fields of photovoltaics, electromobility, technologies for obtaining electricity and heat from renewable sources, solar technologies and heat pumps, energy storage and solar power plants.
Solar Energy Expo helped to strengthen industry relations, expand the network of contacts and thus increase the security of the sector and individual enterprises, and also had a positive impact on the development of this industry. Are rehabilitation robots already the present for the industry, or maybe the future? Is it possible to cure modernly after traffic accidents? How to get funding and invest to focus on development? These and other topics were discussed during the Rehabilitation Fair which 29th edition took place on December 7-9, 2022 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.
Today, there is no doubt as to the answer to the question of what is the future of rehabilitation and physiotherapy. It is robotization that allows for more accurate procedures and faster progress for the patient. There was a discussion around this topic, as well as skilful investing in business, during the 29th edition of the Rehabilitation Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo.
Robotization of the industry and development investments at the Rehabilitation Fair
It is not without reason that such issues were chosen as the basis for the conference discussion. There is a connection between the investment in robotization, increase in patient satisfaction with treatment and a rise in the facility’s profits.
During the Rehabilitation Fair, such experts as professor CMKP, habilitated doctor of medical sciences Małgorzata Łukowicz shared their observations on neuroplasticity or modern methods of treating spinal cord injuries (Beata Tarnacka, MD, PhD, prof. NIGRiR). In addition, the capabilities of the latest robots, such as Luna EMG, were presented based on clinical trials. There were also innovative solutions in the care of post-accident patients. The Reha Help concept was presented by Daniel Kocur and Marcin Kliś from VOX Veritas. In addition, they talked about how an automated apartment of the 21st century with rehabilitation works, and how to get funding in the name of a modern approach to patient treatment.
During the event, automated clinics and manufacturers of facilities for the disabled (Nordmedic. Levi Care, Klinika Orygin, Donum Corde) presented their achievements to date. All to show that in Polish reality, not always fully beneficial for the patient, modern conditions that are conducive to a quick recovery can be created.
However, these were only some of the topics discussed during the Rehabilitation Fair. Doctors with many years of experience conducted workshops and presented new treatment options for individual conditions. All this to show how to help even more those who need it most.
Full possibilities of the sector at the Rehabilitation Fair
However, a solid dose of medical inspiration is not all that visitors to the Rehabilitation Fair could experience. It was also an opportunity to get acquainted with the full range of the sector’s offers, to compare and analyze new industry opportunities, as well as to check the competitiveness on the market. During the event, service providers from Poland and abroad in the field of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, clinics, hospitals, specialists in aesthetic medicine, manufacturers and distributors of medical and rehabilitation equipment, as well as supplements, presented themselves.
In total, the 29th edition of the Rehabilitation Fair was visited by 4236 people who got acquainted with the offers of 98 exhibitors on 18 000 m2 of the exhibition space of Ptak Warsaw Expo. The sixth edition of the international yacht, yacht equipment and water sports Boat Show has finished!
And we had a good one!
The Poland Boat Show was one of the largest events presenting the offer of boat and yacht manufacturers as well as marina equipment in Europe. During this year’s edition, the offer of almost 250 exhibitors and 231 boats and yachts were presented.
The international character of the fair was confirmed by the large number of visitors coming from Germany, Hungary, Greece, Turkey, Hong Kong, Austria, Slovakia and Lithuania, among others.
So far, nowhere in Poland has it been possible to get acquainted with an equally rich offer of exhibitors. During the 4 days of the fair, producers and distributors of sailing and motor yachts, sports boats, kayaks, bicycles and water scooters, fishing boats, houseboats, pontoons, safety and rescue equipment, boat trailers and tow trucks, as well as sailing clothing and electronics presented their offer.
Poland Boat Show held also interesting conferences, conducted by industrial professionals.
This year, a discussion panel: “Innovation in the field of shipping. Directions and trends in the development of drive technology, autonomy as well as safety and availability ” had the largest audience present.
The development and design of vessels in terms of accessibility and safety, especially for people with no sailing experience, after injuries, during rehabilitation or with physical and cognitive limitations was a topic that turned out to be interesting for both amateur and professional sailors.

The 6th edition of the Warsaw Industry Week has finished.
And we had a really good one!
It was the largest event of the industrial sector in Central and Eastern Europe. The expo took place from November 7, 2022 untill November 9, 2022.
The International Fair of Innovative Industrial Solutions, Warsaw Industry Week, is primarily a contracting event addressed to business representatives.
It is also an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the automation and digitization of production processes. Experts and practitioners will present modern systems and machines from key industry sectors at numerous stands and showrooms. The program includes presentations of industrial and transport robots, as well as conferences and debates
The Future Industry Platform has become the content partner of the Warsaw Industry Week 2022 fair.
By carrying out their mission, the Foundation will be present at the fair with its own stand to serve entrepreneurs interested in supporting the processes of digital industrial transformation. During the conference opening the fair, the Future Industry Platform was also organizing a panel on international cooperation in building the industry 4.0 ecosystem.
The presentation related to the automation and robotization of industrial processes and software was assessed as extremely interesting. We were delighted with intralogistics solutions, dynamic demonstrations of autonomous mobile robots and the proposals of digital twins.
This year’s edition was visited by over 16 thousand. visitors among operators in the mechatronics sector and digital innovation for the manufacturing industry. The event was attended by 300 exhibitors – and over 1,000 tons of innovative industrial machines were on display. The fair was accompanied by 60 industry conferences,
The scope of the fair covered industries that experienced significant development. All that thanks to the implemented innovations, like e.g.:
- Metalworking: machines, devices and technologies for metalworking, CNC machine tools;
- Varnishing: manufacturers of paints, color mixtures, installations and systems for wet varnishing;
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics: manufacturers of equipment used in drives, valves and other solutions;
- Lasers 4.0: demonstrations of the use of industrial lasers and software used for engraving;
- Welding: presentation of equipment and solutions used in welding, positioners, management and equipment for welding and surfacing with the MIG / MAG method;
- 3D printing: companies providing services in the field of scanning, 3D printing, reverse engineering;
- Robotics and Automation: presentation of solutions in the field of automation, industrial robots, SCARA.
- Tools: cutting tools for metalworking, technologies, devices and materials for engineering;
- Woodworking: machines and devices for woodworking;
- Software: process visualization and simulation, specialized CAD / CAM / CAE software, cloud computing.

The next edition of the Fast Textile International Textile Fair will be held on November 15-17. Nearly 300 exhibitors from 40 countries will showcase their best products and services to business and retail customers.
The aim of the Fair is to create a space for establishing relationships between exhibitors and clothing manufacturers from Poland and abroad. Participation in the Fair is a great opportunity to learn about the latest trends – patterns, colors, structures and raw materials for the coming seasons, and learn about the latest technologies that can be used in the industry.
Producers and importers from Poland, Italy, France, Turkey, China, India, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Portugal, Denmark, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Uzbekistan, Greece, the Netherlands, Belarus, Estonia, Nigeria, Ukraine and Great Britain have already announced their participation. .
The space of the Fast Textile Textile Fair will be divided into 10 industry zones:

Karim Rashid is the star of Warsaw Home & Contract
On October 19-22, 2022, the largest business interior fair in Europe will be held at PTAK Warsaw Expo. We are pleased to announce that it will be visited by the international star of design, Karim Rashid.
Karim Rashid is one of the most unique voices in today’s design. With over 4,000 projects in production, over 300 awards and work for clients from over 40 countries, the Egyptian is one of the most respected creators of his generation.
Karim’s projects include luxury goods for Christofle, Alessi, Veuve Clicquot and Riva 1920, egalitarian products for Umbra, Paul Mitchell and 3M, timeless furniture for Bonaldo, Tonelli, BoConcept and Vondom, unique lighting for Artemide and Fontana Artem, high-tech products for Asus and SirinLabs or the iconic branding of Hugo Boss and Citibank. He also collaborated with Method, Paris Baguette, Kenzo and Eos.
He designed not only interiors. Switch in the United Arab Emirates, a hotel project for Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, Temptation Resort Cancun and budget hotels for Prizeotel in Bremen, Hamburg, Munster and Erfurt are based on his ideas.
Karim is a winner of the American Prize for Design Lifetime Achievement, as well as a longtime winner of the Red Dot, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design, Pentawards and IDSA Industrial Design Excellence awards. He holds honorary doctorates from Carlton University, Pratt Institute, OCAD in Toronto, British Institute of Interior Design and Corcoran College of Art & amp; Design.

The most modern solutions for the hotel and catering sector, Polish championships, discussion panels, lectures, workshops, demonstrations and tastings - all this can be seen during the International Fair of Solutions for the HoReCa Industry, i.e. EuroGastro. These will take place on May 17-19, 2022 at PTAK Warsaw Expo.
The International Fair of Solutions for the HoReCa Industry – EuroGastro – is an event which must be attended by everyone involved in the hotel and catering sector. The innovative formula of the event, combining both aesthetic shows and workshops, as well as practical knowledge and setting trends, is definitely the most tasty morsel on the culinary map of Poland.

THE LARGEST FAIR OF INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS
PTAK Warsaw Expo expands the portfolio of trade fairs for industry. The premiere edition of the Warsaw Automatica Expo event is coming in 2022. The industry has another chance to present and sell the latest technological solutions in the field of industrial automation and robotics.
Warsaw Automatica Expo is another fair derived from Warsaw Industry Week, the International Industrial Fair, organized for 5 years at PTAK Warsaw Expo, during which automation and robotics were such a large zone that it turned out to be necessary to build a separate event dedicated to exhibitors representing only these sectors .
Industry leaders and experts are the strength of the event, the goal of which is to position the largest automation and robotics fair in Poland. The interest of Warsaw Automatica Expo among exhibition companies is enormous. Due to the long standstill in the organization of trade fairs, the industry sector did not have the opportunity to display the latest achievements in areas that are developing at an above-average pace and for which the presence at trade fairs is the basic sales and marketing tool. In addition, the fair is a unique platform that builds business in an interpersonal and international context, which results in further expansion of companies.
Warsaw Automatica Expo is initially planned for 20 thousand. m2, which does not mean that the exhibition area will not be increased as a result of the growing number of exhibitors interested in participating in the event.
