Logichain Expo 2025: the international supply chain and logistics trade fair in Warsaw brought the industry together


Supply chain planning and coordination, production logistics, domestic and international transport, warehousing and intralogistics, as well as automation, robotics, and modern IT systems for logistics – these topics dominated the 1st edition of Logichain Expo, an international trade fair dedicated to the logistics and supply chain industry. The event took place on 16–18 September 2025 in Warsaw and, already during its debut, attracted 2,382 industry specialists.

Summary of the main conferences at Logichain Expo 2025

The agenda of Logichain Expo 2025 was filled with expert events that attracted specialists from across Poland and abroad. The meetings combined practical knowledge, inspiring lectures, and workshops aimed at developing key competencies for the logistics and supply chain sector. Participants could take part in the Logichain Conference Day, organized in cooperation with e-LEA, where discussions focused on technological innovations in supply chain management and the challenges faced by managers in a dynamically changing business environment. Another important highlight of the program was the conference of the Polish International Freight Forwarders Association, which addressed the topic “Forwarders and shippers in the face of regional and global supply chain disruptions.” Experts provided practical strategies for adaptation and dealing with transport crises. The conference of the Polish Logistics Association also attracted considerable interest, focusing on “Just in time delivery case studies.” The presented examples and case analyses gave participants insights into best practices and tools applied in production logistics. Logichain Expo was further enriched by the Trends and Exhibitor Presentations Panel, during which the latest technological innovations, digital solutions, and key directions of development in transport, forwarding, and warehouse logistics were showcased.
