The autumn 2025 – spring 2026 season promises to be record-breaking and will be the largest in the history of Ptak Warsaw Expo.
The calendar includes as many as 140 industry events, including 40 premiere editions,
expanding the offer with new, specialized segments tailored to the current needs of the market.
The Scale of the New Season
The 2024/2025 season ended with record results – 100 trade fairs, 14,032 exhibitors, and nearly 900,000 visitors from Poland and abroad. The new season is expected not only to match these achievements but to significantly surpass them.
The 2025/2026 calendar includes events for the most important sectors of the economy:
- Construction – trade fairs dedicated to modern construction technologies, innovative materials, and solutions supporting sustainable development and energy efficiency.
- Home – events showcasing comprehensive solutions in interior design, furnishings, and modern technologies for residential spaces.

In the 2025/2026 season, the Ptak Warsaw Expo calendar will expand with 40 premiere events, enriching the offer with new sectors and market niches. Among them will be trade fairs dedicated to pharmacy and beauty, logistics and supply chains, sustainable energy, electromobility, the food industry, and smart urban technologies.
