IVDR, microplastics, AI in pharmacy – sounds like an agenda for the coming years? It’s the agenda for May.

During Pharmacy Expo Poland and Warsaw LaboTech, held on 5–7 May 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, several intensive conferences will take place. Each one offers concrete knowledge, a current topic, and experts who truly know what they are talking about.

The Regional Pharmaceutical Chamber in Warsaw will open the congress with a conference on new technologies transforming pharmacy – from algorithms to automation. Speakers include: Dr. Jerzy Żabiński, PharmD, Marcin Gawroński from IQVIA, Konrad Madejczyk from the Office of the Patient Rights Ombudsman, and Marian Witkowski – Vice-President of the Supreme Pharmaceutical Council. The session will be moderated by Anita Jeglińska, MPharm.

The Polish Centre for Testing and Certification will hold the conference IVDR – from Theory to Practice. Speakers will include Daniel Woliński, Dr. Paulina Cembrowska, MD, and Izabela Czeluśniak, who will discuss structured dialogue with a notified body.

The NanoBioMedical Centre of Adam Mickiewicz University will lead a panel on microplastics in laboratory analysis. Speakers will include: Marta Woźniak-Budych, Jan Szczepański from WITKO, Dr. Eng. Bartłomiej Koźniewski from Pro-Environment Polska, and Prof. Dr. Hab. Agnieszka Kamińska from the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

ALPBIS Group and Grupa KDM will show how to build a laboratory from vision to turnkey implementation. Speakers will include Roman Czykwin and Tomasz Siwik from ALPBIS Group.

The Trends Panel in the Trade Fair Studio will feature, among others, Harry Pomfret from Haier Biomedical, Mateusz Gołąb, Łucja Krzemień-Ojak and Viktoria Babenko from Pharmalogics, Joanna Pawlak, Anna Bieńkowska and Joanna Popiołkiewicz from SciencePharma, Filip Maciąg from MetaSystems, Katarzyna Wójcik-Welc from Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, Dominika Chrabańska from Legal Well-Being, Oghenekaro Ohimor from apteka.online, and Sylwia Kunca from PCSK.

Three days of knowledge. Dozens of experts. And a place that truly changes the way laboratories and pharmacies work. The question is not whether it is worth attending – the question is whether you can afford not to see it.
