Intralogistica Poland 2026: 3rd Edition of the International Warehouse Logistics Trade Fair
Warehouse systems, pallet and shelving racks, modular structures, high-bay storage systems, automated warehouses, internal warehouse transport systems, loading and unloading solutions, as well as modern warehouse equipment – these were the key areas of the 3rd edition of Intralogistica Poland, which took place on February 3–5, 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event gathered 7,204 visitors, representing a 10.1% increase compared to 2025. The third edition confirmed the dynamic growth of warehouse automation, logistics digitalization, and the increasing importance of intelligent goods flow management systems in modern distribution centers.

Intralogistica Poland 2026 once again integrated the warehouse logistics industry, manufacturers of storage systems, automation integrators, warehouse infrastructure designers, owners of manufacturing companies, and suppliers of logistics technologies and solutions. Event participants had the opportunity to:
- establish cooperation with manufacturers of warehouse racks, high-bay storage systems, automated warehouses, internal transport systems, and order picking and handling solutions,
- expand their network with logisticians, distribution center operators, e-commerce representatives, management staff, and specialists in warehouse process optimization,
- explore innovative solutions in automation, robotization, WMS systems, IoT, goods flow monitoring, and improving warehouse operational efficiency,
- promote their products, technologies, and services among industry professionals and business partners present at the trade fair.

Summary of the main conference of Intralogistica Poland 2026
Warehouse Logistics Conference gathered specialists from warehouse logistics, automation, and supply chain management, focusing on modern solutions supporting operational efficiency in warehouses and distribution centers. Logistics Business Days (LODZistics) – “People, Data, Technology” highlighted the importance of integrating team competencies, data analysis, and modern digital tools in building competitive logistics organizations. The Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology – “Warehouse 2050: How digitalization, automation and robotization will change intralogistics” presented development directions of intelligent warehouse systems, order picking robotization, and the use of advanced goods flow management systems. Locura – “Practical use of AI in logistics. Bubble or game changer?” discussed real implementations of artificial intelligence in optimizing warehouse processes, resource planning, and operational data analysis.
