Hotel Equipment Expo 2025: the premiere edition of the industry trade fair for hotel equipment and solutions for the hospitality sector

Professional hotel interior furnishings, contract furniture, management systems, HoReCa technologies, wellness & spa solutions, and eco-friendly products — these were just some of the themes that dominated the premiere edition of Hotel Equipment Expo 2025. The event, held from October 22–25, 2025, at Ptak Warsaw Expo, attracted an impressive number of visitors — 4783 people passionate about hospitality, including hotel owners, investors, equipment manufacturers, and HoReCa industry representatives from across Poland and Europe.
