Horse Pro Forum 2025: the premiere edition of the trade fair dedicated to horse welfare and industry innovations
From modern stall systems and stable automation to innovative equestrian facility management technologies and Smart Stable solutions — including veterinary prevention, horse care, and nutrition — these areas defined the industry scope of Horse Pro Forum 2025. The premiere edition of this trade fair, dedicated to horse welfare and stable equipment, took place from October 7–9, 2025, at Ptak Warsaw Expo, bringing together a wide range of professionals from the equestrian industry — stable owners, breeders, veterinarians, architects, and stable technology experts. The event attracted 2739 professionals from 19 countries.

Horse Pro Forum 2025 brought together the sectors of horse care, breeding, and modern stable technologies in Poland. Participants were able to grow their businesses through:
- Collaboration with manufacturers of stable equipment, feed, supplements, and technologies supporting horse welfare,
- Expanding their network with experts and leaders from the equestrian industry,
- Discovering innovative solutions in stable automation, ecology, and facility management,
- Promoting their business through industry media present at the fair.
During Horse Pro Forum 2025, a ceremonial Medal Awards event also took place — recognizing the most innovative and creative exhibitors.

Summary of the Main Conferences – Horse Pro Forum 2025
Horse Walfare Conference program was filled with professional events that attracted specialists from across Poland connected to the equestrian, veterinary, and breeding industries. The meetings combined science, practice, and experience, providing participants with essential knowledge for the continued development of the horse care and stable infrastructure sector. Participants could take part in conferences and workshops addressing key industry topics such as horse welfare, modern stable technologies, health prevention, and sustainable animal nutrition. Among the highlights were the conferences “Horse Welfare – Science, Experience, Relationship” and the training “Horse Welfare” organized by the Warsaw-Mazovian Equestrian Association, which brought together specialists, trainers, and breeders to discuss the practical aspects of horse care. The event also featured lectures by veterinary experts and a presentation by the Hydro-Tens brand, focused on modern methods of animal rehabilitation. In addition, the PSW Academy Workshop Zone allowed participants to expand their skills in horse grooming and care, while the University of Agriculture in Kraków and the Federation of Agricultural Producers’ Associations hosted conferences on innovations in animal production. The Horse Pro Forum 2025 program demonstrated that scientific knowledge, technology, and passion for animals can work together to shape the future of a modern and responsible equestrian industry.
