Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
By the decision of the Prime Minister, the economy entered the fourth stage of defrosting, which also included trade fair, congress and corporate events.
Since June 6, 2020, it is possible to organize trade fair events in compliance with the guidelines adopted by the government, developed after consultations with industry organizations, as well as with the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspector.

The guidelines for trade fair organizers and multifunctional facilities focus on four main areas:
1. Ensuring the safety of employees/service providers at the trade fair
2. ensuring safety at trade fairs
3 Preventive procedures: suspected coronavirus infection of employees/service providers
4 Procedures in case of suspected coronavirus infection in a person/client

Taking into account the above mentioned guidelines, the PTAK Warsaw Expo trade fair and congress facility meets the highest safety standards, provided for fair event organizers.
PTAK Warsaw Expo has 143,000 sq m of space, which allows more than 35,000 people to participate in the fair at the same time (4 sq m/person).
As the only facility in Poland and Central Europe, we can organize trade fairs and accompanying events on such a scale with all safety requirements. There are 6 halls at the disposal of the organizers (also external), exhibitors and visitors, where it is possible to organize up to 6 events simultaneously. We also have 500,000 square meters of outdoor space, used for various types of shows, exhibitions or races, supplementing the offer and program of trade fair events.
Our facility is functional, thanks to full infrastructure we provide comfort and safety not only for our own events, but also for those prepared by external organizers.
We observe the highest safety standards. All halls are equipped with advanced ventilation systems, systems allowing for quick temperature measurement of fair participants and high-class mechanisms recording the number of people entering, which allows for immediate verification and control. Additionally, we have a platform for arranging B2B meetings during all trade fair events, which will contribute to limiting accidental meetings.
The Board of PTAK Warsaw Expo assures all exhibitors, visitors and external organizers that our facility meets the recommendations of the sanitary services and government guidelines. We are prepared for the immediate resumption of trade fair activity 2020.
