It is Ptak Warsaw Expo that will be the prestigious meeting place for the food industry this year. Global Food Expo – the premiere edition of the International Food and Food Industry Trade Fair, which will take place from 25–27 November 2025, will bring together producers, distributors, experts, and representatives of the HoReCa sector from around the world. The event will serve as a platform for showcasing the latest products, technologies, and trends in food production, processing, and distribution, as well as a venue for business meetings and experience exchange among industry leaders.

    Global Food Expo – A new space for the global food market

    This is an event that will unite all sectors of the food and beverage market – from producers and suppliers of raw materials and catering systems to investors and distributors. Global Food Expo will bring together representatives from industry, gastronomy, trade, and technology, creating a space for networking, collaboration, and the development of innovative projects in the food sector. Among the exhibitors will be, among others: Moguntia Food Polska, F.P.H. Krist Kądzielawa, P.H. Agroma, Browar Bałtów, Vitamix / SCM, Labeltec, Pizza Europa, Tarsmak Gondek i Wspólnicy, who will present a wide range of products and solutions for the food industry – from spices and ready-made HoReCa products, through bakery goods, dairy products, meat, beverages, and vegetables, to food labeling, packaging, and storage technologies.

The event will feature conferences: “Global beverage products and consumption trends. Innovations in trade, distribution, and production” as well as “Global food products and trends. Presentation of innovations in food production and distribution” organized by Krajową Radę Gastronomii i Cateringu. Experts will present the latest directions in market development, share knowledge and experience, and discuss changing consumer preferences as well as the role of innovation in shaping the future of food.

        The goal of the event

        is the integration of the entire food sector – producers, suppliers, technologists, distributors, importers, exporters, and investors – as well as the promotion of innovative solutions supporting quality, safety, and the sustainable development of food production.
