Gastro QuickService 2025: The 2nd edition of the fair confirmed the strength and rapid growth of the quick-service industry
From advanced kitchen equipment and mobile cooking and cooling technologies to eco-friendly packaging and sustainable solutions for gastronomy – these are the areas that defined the scope of the industry. Gastro QuickService 2025, one of the most important trade fairs in Poland dedicated to quick service restaurants and small-scale gastronomy. The event took place from September 30 to October 2, 2025, in Warsaw and brought together 3781 professionals from 17 countries.

Gastro QuickService 2025 integrated the street food sector, small-scale gastronomy, and modern mobile technologies in Poland. Participants were able to grow their businesses thanks to:
- cooperation with manufacturers of kitchen equipment, catering vehicles, and technologies supporting fast food preparation,
- expanding their network with experts and leaders of the street food and QSR industry,
- discovering innovative solutions in mobility, eco-friendly packaging, and payment systems,
- promoting their company in trade media present at the fair.

Summary of the main conferences Gastro QuickService 2025
The program of Warsaw Quick Serve Conference was filled with substantive events that attracted specialists from all over Poland. The meetings combined practical knowledge, inspiring tastings, and demonstrations that developed key competencies for the street food and quick service restaurant industry. Participants could take part in the Culinary Stage of Flavor organized by the Polish National Association of Chefs and Confectioners, as well as in the Steaks&More Street Food Live event, which featured shows and tastings of beef with character. The coffee brewing technique demonstrations prepared by Lavazza also attracted great interest, allowing participants to discover the secrets of professional coffee service. There was also an inspiring conference by the National Council of Gastronomy and Catering, which focused on profitable solutions dedicated to quick service restaurants and effective promotional practices in the gastronomy industry.
