From bean to big business – Coffee Europe Expo 2026
A single cup of coffee involves much more than taste and aroma. Behind it are plantations, roasteries, advanced coffee machines, grinders, water filtration, packaging technologies, café equipment and barista expertise. On 15–17 September 2026, this entire world will come together at Ptak Warsaw Expo during the second edition of Coffee Europe Expo – a trade fair for coffee, equipment and accessories for the coffee industry.
Beans, equipment, technology – everything in one place. Exhibitors will include, among others, J.J. Darboven, Nestlé Professional Polska, Strauss Cafe Poland, Miko Coffee Poland, Coffema International Poland, Aquaphor Poland, Coffee Tools, Coffeesite/Cortonero, Jetinno and Brew Brothers. The exhibition will cover everything from specialty coffee and green coffee beans to coffee machines, grinders, accessories, roasting technologies, packaging, IT systems and solutions for the HoReCa sector.
A major highlight of the event will be a programme focused on hands-on experience and competition. Visitors can look forward to the Polish Aeropress Championship Final, S2 Roasting Challenge, OSSKiC barista demonstrations and the Lavazza Educational Zone. The programme will also feature experts including Andrzej Matysiak, Barbara Vu Thien and Piotr Majcherek, while Adrian Matuszewski, winner of the Lavazza Barista Challenge, is involved in creating the Lavazza zone.
The industry standing of Coffee Europe Expo is also strengthened by its partners and patrons. The event is supported by, among others, Lavazza, Coffee Machines Sale and Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Szefów Kuchni i Cukierni, while media patrons include Wprost, Raport Restauratora, Hotelarz, HoReCa Taste, Mistrz Branży, Hotel Management and Szef Kuchni. International support is also provided by Fresh Cup and Roast Magazine.
Over three days, visitors will not only be able to taste coffee and discover the latest trends, but above all compare solutions, speak directly with suppliers, discover new brands and build contacts that can contribute to the growth of a café, restaurant or an entire coffee business.
In September, Ptak Warsaw Expo will be filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee – if coffee is part of your business, you cannot miss it. See you at Coffee Europe Expo 2026!
