Food Tech Expo 2025: 7th Edition of the International Food Technology Trade Fair
Modern food processing technologies, innovative production lines, automation and robotics, advanced quality control systems, and solutions that enhance production efficiency and safety — these were the main areas of focus at the 7th edition of Food Tech Expo, which took place on November 25–27, 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event attracted 7 822 professionals, which is 22% more than last year, marking a significant rise in interest compared to the previous year and confirming the growing status of the fair as the most important meeting for the food technology industry.

Summary of the main conference of Food Tech Expo 2025
Food Tech and Processing Congress brought together experts from the food industry who discussed key trends and challenges in the sector. Rzeźnik Polski led the conference “Modern Production: Efficiency, Automation, Savings – the food industry’s response to cost pressure and environmental challenges.” The Polish Chamber of Packaging presented the topic “Innovative Packaging for the Food Industry.” Prelekcja with Katarzyna Bosacka also took place, and Eco-Vita prepared a conference dedicated to modern and sustainable technologies in the food sector. The Creative Packaging Group Klaster organized the event “Intelligent Automation and Personalization in Industry – The Future of Production and Packaging,” showcasing development directions in automation and innovative packaging. All events provided participants with practical knowledge and clear directions for the development of food technologies.
