On 10-12 March 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the 29th edition of EuroGastro - the largest HoReCa industry trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe - will take place. The event is addressed to restaurateurs, café owners, hoteliers, catering companies, and representatives of the collective catering sector. It is a space for the presentation of modern gastronomic equipment, professional kitchen equipment, food products, and technologies supporting efficient management of gastronomic venues and hotel facilities.


EuroGastro - 29th edition of the event that drives the development of the gastronomy market and creates new trends in the professional gastronomy sector

The event is dedicated to restaurateurs, café owners, hoteliers, catering companies, and management staff of collective catering establishments. The trade fair brings together the most important areas of the gastronomy market - from producers and distributors of food products, through suppliers of professional equipment and kitchen technologies, to companies offering solutions supporting quality, safety, and efficiency of work in gastronomy. The trade fair’s theme

Horeca Business Forum

is an event dedicated to trends and the development of the hospitality and gastronomy industry. The program features the discussion panel "The Era of Social Media in Gastronomy", focused on the impact of social media on restaurant branding and business growth. Daftona presents the show "Polish Classics in a Global Twist", Lavazza hosts "Coffee Tastings", OSSKIC will organize culinary shows: "Junior Poland National Culinary Team & Poland Community Catering Team", and Grafen organizes "Cooking Shows - The Place Where Technology Meets Culinary Experience". The program also includes additional conferences and accompanying events, creating a comprehensive platform for knowledge and inspiration for the HoReCa industry
