On June 9–11, 2026, two specialist events dedicated to representatives of the food sector will take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo: DrinkTech Expo Poland and Bakery Tech Poland.

The fairs will bring together producers, technologists, suppliers of machines and equipment, automation experts, and representatives of companies looking for modern solutions for the beverage, bakery, and confectionery industries.

DrinkTech Expo Poland is an event dedicated to technologies for the production of beverages and liquid food. Visitors will be able to explore innovations in processing, bottling, packaging, water treatment, quality control, and automation of production processes. Confirmed exhibitors include, among others, MOESCHLE POLSKA, Dar Ogrodu, MICRO MATIC, and ALASKA WATER, presenting solutions used by modern production plants.

Bakery Tech Poland will be held in parallel — an industry fair for bakery and confectionery technology and equipment. The focus will be on machines for the production of bread and confectionery products, automation systems, solutions for packaging, logistics, and food safety. The event will create a space to learn about the latest trends influencing the development of modern bakery and confectionery. During the fair, visitors will be able to see, among others: LORNIX, CEBEA, LABEL PRINTER, FLOW360, and IGLOO.

An important element of both events will be an extensive conference program. As part of the Beverage and Liquid Food Production Conference, experts will discuss the most important market trends, production technologies, food safety issues, and development directions for the HoReCa and liquid food sectors. In turn, the Bakery Tech Summit will focus on process automation, innovative technological solutions, and the challenges facing the bakery and confectionery industry.

The high rank of the events is emphasized by the honorary patronage of industry organizations supporting the development of the Polish food sector.
