Bio Expo Warsaw i Food Tech Expo –7th editions of key events in the ecological food and food technology industry

On 25–27 November 2025, at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the Bio Expo Warsaw fair will take place –the 7th edition of the Largest Organic Products Fair in Poland, an event dedicated to integrating the BIO food market, natural products, and ecological production solutions. It is an opportunity to learn about organic food, ecological goods, bio-cosmetics, BIO technologies, artisanal products, and natural solutions. Simultaneously, Food Tech Expo will take place – the 7th edition of the Largest Food Technology Fair in Poland, focused on presenting machines, devices, and technological lines for the entire food processing sector, including the meat, dairy, fruit-and-vegetable, bakery, confectionery, pasta, milling, oil, as well as beverage and alcohol industries.

    Bio Expo Warsaw –7th edition of the Largest Organic Products Fair in Poland

    Bio Expo Warsaw is a key event for the organic products market, bringing together leaders of the value chain: producers of organic and BIO food, processors, distributors, manufacturers of natural cosmetics, creators of ecological goods, and suppliers of biodegradable packaging. During this year’s edition, their solutions will be presented by, among others, Dawtona, Home Brands, Turvita, Bionest, Imarti, Bartolini, Gruppa Organic oraz Bio Planet.

      Poland Bio Congress

      is a conference dedicated to organic food, bringing together BIO producers, experts, and industry institutions. The first part of the event will be the “Polish Organic Food Forum” organized by the Polską Izbę Żywności Ekologicznej, focusing on key challenges of the ecological sector, certification quality, and directions for the development of the BIO market. The next part of the program will be “Flavours of the Forest – Demonstrations and Tastings”, prepared by DOBRE Z LASU, focusing on forest-derived products and modern ways of using them. After that, the “Consultation and Culinary Demonstration Zone” organized by the Polską Izbę Żywności Ekologicznej will take place, discussing BIO standards, raw material quality, and practical aspects of implementing ecological processes, complemented by culinary shows presenting ecological cooking techniques.

        is the promotion of organic food and sustainable solutions, market education, and the presentation of the latest trends and products, aimed at producers, distributors, designers, buyers, and specialists seeking modern and natural BIO solutions.

        Food Tech Expo –7th edition of the Largest Food Technology Fair in Poland

        Food Tech Expo is a key event for the food technology industry in Poland, bringing together manufacturers and distributors of machines for food processing, suppliers of components for food production, producers of additives and technological lines, as well as companies providing consulting and training services, and entities offering occupational safety solutions or specialized transport. During this year’s edition, their solutions will be presented by, among others, MULTIVAC, HERT, NOMA, Handtmann, STICKY BUSINESS, Para Food, Stovit oraz Ekopak.

          The trade fair’s theme

          includes a wide range of machines and technological lines for all key sectors of the food industry, as well as equipment for small-scale gastronomy. It also covers packaging solutions, production-supporting accessories, and food components. The offer is complemented by industry services, training, and financing.
          Food Tech and Processing Congress

          is a conference dedicated to the development of the food industry, bringing together technology manufacturers, experts, and sector partners. The first part of the event will be the conference: “Modern Production: Efficiency, Automation, Savings the Food Industry’s Response to Cost Pressures and Environmental Challenges” organized by Rzeźnik Polski, concerning the industry’s response to cost pressure and environmental challenges. “Innovative Packaging for the Food Industry”, prepared by the Polish Chamber of Packaging, will focus on new materials, ecology, and adapting packaging to the market. Next, a conference organized by ECO-VITA Ekologia dla każdego will discuss sustainable technologies, process optimization, and microbiological solutions. “Intelligent Automation and Personalization in the Industry – The Future of Production and Packaging”, carried out by the Creative Packaging Group Cluster, will present automation, personalization, and innovations in production. The program will be complemented by a lecture by Katarzyna Bosacka on food quality and conscious consumer choices.
