An industry transforming how we move through cities – Warsaw Bus Expo 2026
Public transport is facing its most significant transformation in decades. Increasing regulatory demands, pressure for decarbonization, rising energy costs, and the digital revolution - these are no longer distant challenges. They are the daily reality for operators, manufacturers, and local governments. That is precisely why Warsaw Bus Expo 2026 was an event the industry could not afford to miss.

A hall full of the future - what did exhibitors showcase? The fair presented the full spectrum of what is currently driving public and coach transport. Electric, hybrid, and hydrogen-powered city buses demonstrated that zero-emission fleets are now a real purchasing option, not just prototypes. Alongside the vehicles, a complete ecosystem was on display: charging stations, intelligent ticketing systems, advanced bus stop solutions, and digital fleet management platforms.
- Wielton S.A. - one of Europe's largest manufacturers of trailers and vehicle bodies,
- Daimler Truck Polska,
- EV Volta - specializing in electric vehicles,
- LON TEX Group and APM PRO - leaders in safety systems and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS),
- Fleequid - a platform for trading used buses,
- BarMalGas - a supplier of eco-friendly BioLNG fuel.

Who stood behind Warsaw Bus Expo 2026? Warsaw Bus Expo 2026 was held under the patronage of institutions that actively shape the industry:
- The Employers' Association - Tenants and Property Owners (ZPD) and the Warsaw Mutual Transport Association (WTPW) represented the community of operators and carriers - those for whom modern fleets and infrastructure are everyday working tools. Their presence emphasized that the fair is not merely a showcase of technology, but a real decision-making platform for the entire sector.
- The Automotive Parts Distributors and Manufacturers Association (SDCM) - an organization bringing together key players in the automotive market - confirmed that Warsaw Bus Expo is an event connecting the entire value chain: from manufacturer to operator.
- The Polish Association of Coach carriers granted its honorary patronage, highlighting the importance of the fair for the tourism and long-distance transport market - a segment undergoing its own transformation in the context of sustainability and digitalization.
Next stop: 2027!
Warsaw Bus Expo is the only place in Poland where the entire industry meets face to face – manufacturers, operators, local governments, and innovators.
